A CRM That Auto-Captures Meta Ads Leads and Follows Up on WhatsApp

Most CRMs assume leads arrive by email and get worked by desk-bound reps. Indian sales does not run that way. That gap is why we built Kredoo.

Ad spend on Meta and Google generates a lead. The lead sits in an ads dashboard. Someone exports a CSV, uploads it to the CRM, and a rep gets to it later that day - or the next. By then the buyer has spoken to two competitors.

This gap between where leads arrive and where they are worked is where most ad budget quietly goes to waste.

What we built

Kredoo is a sales CRM built around how Indian teams actually sell. Three decisions define it:

Leads arrive automatically

Kredoo captures leads from Meta and Google Ads directly, with no export step. A lead exists in the CRM within seconds of the form being submitted - which is the only way instant follow-up is possible at all.

Follow-up runs on WhatsApp

Email open rates are not the constraint in Indian B2B and B2C sales; whether the message is seen at all is. Kredoo drives follow-up through WhatsApp, where buyers already are, with automation built via n8n so sequences can be shaped to the business rather than fixed by the vendor.

Automation is native, not an add-on

Most CRMs treat automation as an integration you configure later. Kredoo assumes from the outset that acknowledgement, qualification, and reminders are automated, and that a person enters when the conversation is worth their time.

Who it suits

Kredoo fits teams running paid acquisition where response speed decides the outcome - real estate, education, healthcare, and services businesses spending on lead-generation ads.

It is a poor fit for long, committee-driven enterprise cycles with heavy forecasting requirements. That is a different product category and we would tell you so.

The underlying point

Software built for one market carries that market's assumptions. A CRM designed around email-first, desk-based selling will always feel like it is fighting a team that sells on WhatsApp from a phone.

We built Kredoo because we kept building the same integrations onto CRMs that were never designed for how our clients work.
